We want Forma to genuinely help your business. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no awkward questions.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us via pilatesmethodclub.com and we'll help you through it.

Cancelling instead

If you'd simply like to stop future payments, you can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Manage billing. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
