Who you're contracting with

Forma is provided by Georgia Thomas ("we", "us", "the seller"), trading at pilatesmethodclub.com. By creating an account or continuing to use Forma, you agree to these terms and confirm you are of legal age to enter into them.

What Forma is

Forma is a bookkeeping tool for independent pilates instructors: it helps you log income and expenses, track sessions, create invoices, and view simple reports and forecasts. It is a record-keeping aid, not accounting, tax, or financial advice — you remain responsible for your own tax returns and filings.

Your account

• Keep your login credentials confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Forma within your plan.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Forma. That includes:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property;
• interfering with the service — introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping;
• reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service, or circumventing technical limits.

Intellectual property

We own Forma and everything that makes it up — the software, documentation, and branding. Your data stays yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

Payments and subscriptions

Forma is sold as a subscription (monthly or yearly), with the first month free for new members. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

Service level

We work hard to keep Forma available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you've paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law requires it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, you can ask us for an export of your data within 30 days; after that it may be deleted.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We're not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
